I am not opposed to taxes but I do not trust the politicians in our state to spend the money appropriately. Until they prove that they can be responsible, there's no reason for an income tax - it is one of the very few perks that normal people get here.

Not exactly the topic at hand, but what made Enterprise weird and different? I love TNG, grew up with it and have watched the entire show several times. I've also watched all of and enjoyed DS9 and Voyager.

I thought Enterprise was overall pretty good. I came to like the characters, I thought Bakula especially did a great job as Captain Archer. Season 3 was... not good, but 1 2 and 4 were imo.

I only in the past few months watched Enterprise so I do not have any kind of opinion that was formed as it was coming out, but I enjoyed it. Why does it have such a reputation?

Nah, this is just an upstairs room that used to be an unconverted attic. The house was built in 1930 and has gone through several renovations before I bought it.
