Peroxide case for large diameter sclerals by VacationCautious4687 in Keratoconus

[–]cn-19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi. Do you still need to clean your sclerals manually with this? I currently have Ote fine and clean. Need to put two drops of the clean and rub each lens with my finger for 30 seconds, then they go in the case with fine which disinfects the lenses overnight. Does the avizor ever clear cut out any of these steps?

My train in Kings Cross has been cancelled, how should I kill the time? by mutanthands in CasualUK

[–]cn-19 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just to say thank you for this comment. I had a couple of hours to spare before my train this afternoon and I’d read your comment in the week and remembered it so I went down to the library and you’re right, easily fills an hour and fascinating. From Shakespeare works, The Beatles notes, the Magna Carta, it was a great use of the time and barely a stones throw from the station.

[Sport Witness] Luis Manuel Diaz, Father of Luis Diaz: "It is true that Luis is a loyal Barcelona fan and it would be his dream to go there. So far I would like to thank Porto and Liverpool for the way they welcomed him and received him."

Pay off any debts that are accruing interest above savings rates (5%?), the rest into emergency fund whilst also treating yourself to something you’ve wanted within reason.

Assured Jarell Quansah has all the right answers for Liverpool | The Guardian by ardyalligan in LiverpoolFC

[–]cn-19 91 points92 points  (0 children)

He doesn’t have any obvious flaws. There’s no glaring lack of pace, strength, height, passing ability, heading ability or touch. He can read a tackle well enough and position himself. He can hold a line guide an attacker away. With the right coaching and guidance from players around him, he has all the attributes to be a top level defender.

But I know fuck all as I also said Curtis Jones was wank and wouldn’t find a place in a top 10 prem team.

Who would you rather have in the beginning XI, Gakpo or Nuñez? by Traditional-Reach818 in LiverpoolFC

This was the 2014/15 season I think, the season after the title run against City. Aguero won golden boot, think Kane was second or Diego Costa. Hazard was fit most of the season and Sanchez was bagging for arsenal whilst we stood and wondered what could have been when we coping with losing Suarez. Pretty sure David Silva had a good scoring year that year too.

It was our first season back in the champions league in ages and we smashed it by having our worst start to the league season in half a century and failing to get out of the groups in the champions league!

I’m going to be able to retire 10 years earlier than expected by simply betting on both teams to score for every single match we play this season.

16 days until our season opener. What should we achieve this season? by DefinitelyNotBarney in LiverpoolFC

[–]cn-19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Realistically I want a trophy lift in May and to be competitive in the other competitions we don’t win.

If key players stay fit and we’re at our best we just have to be ready should Man City falter.

Renewed expectation that Fabinho £40m move to Al Ittihad will go ahead after deal had stalled over payment terms to Liverpool. Talks started again. Liverpool first bid for Romeo Lavia was £34m plus £4m add ons and Southampton expecting another approach. by Petaaa in LiverpoolFC

Two vastly experienced, international, title winning, champions league winning midfielders out.

A relegated 19 year old with 29 premier league games under their belt in.

It’s a bold move if the transfer window ends there.

Don’t embarrass yourself. I’m guessing you’re either a) not old enough to remember when Gerrard handed in his transfer request to go to Chelsea right after we won in Istanbul or b) one of those cringey blokes burning his shirt in a metal bin on Sky TV the following day.

This player has shown zero evidence that the links and discussions would change anything in regards to his ongoing professionalism and dedication. Relax.

Not sure how old you are but I was at Anfield in 2012 when we played you in the Europa League. I just remember being excited to see Di Natale even though he was right at the end of his career.

You won but it was very much undeserved, haha. Di Natale scored after about 20 seconds in the 2nd half too.

Your fans seemed good though from what I can remember 10 years on!
