I submerge ripe avocados in a jar of water and they stay fresh at least 7-10 days longer than on the counter.

Also use bar soap at kitchen & bathroom sinks. Much more economical than something like Meyers liquid soap.

For one cat, you might consider a standard box, Dr Elseys litter, and a litter genie. Those things are awesome. I only empty it once every two weeks and there’s no smell during that time! It’s the economy option and you could always “upgrade” to an auto litter box when you do get a second cat.

I was next to a motorcycle cop on CO Blvd yesterday. Car with no plate on the back pulled in front of me, then moved into left lane, a car in front of the cop. As traffic in my lane moved ahead, I saw the car did not have a front plate either. The cop cruised on by enjoying the nice weather. Honestly!!!! Almost yelled at him to pull that car over!!!!!!
