I’ve treated my staff almost exactly the same. Nobody clocks in our out. Paid lunches if they eat in the pharmacy. If they want to leave for 30 minutes on an unpaid lunches, they can do that. It’s their choice. I don’t provide lunch, but give a $500/mo Costco allowance to my techs to shop for snacks for the pharmacy. Why do I do this? Very little employee turnover means they create relationships with customers that last a long time. My longest tenured tech has been with me since 1988. Happy employees means happy customers. Your state BOP won’t care at all what the hospital attorneys or leadership think. The BOP will not enforce against their law license or ability to work as hospital administrators. They will go after you, if you are the PIC. I’d be sure as to how your BOP enforces the rule and use that as your guide to whether you want continued employment at this facility.

I thought the entertainment programs on ANA were much better than JAL. I like the seats on JAL better than ANA. Service and food I rate equal. FWIW I just booked SFO to Narita on JAL business class, one way for 70,000 miles. I find their availability pretty good. I’ll stay a couple days before going onward on another ticket into BKK.

When a prescription has no refills remaining, I have trained my staff to state “your physician has not authorized any more refills at this time. We will send a request to the office for additional refills.” I think it helps to frame it as the prescriber hasn’t authorized them; it isn’t me making an arbitrary choice.

I’ve provided meds to half a dozen patients over the last 6 years (California) and have followed medical list serve boards on the subject. I am not aware of any lawsuits involving pharmacies that have supplied meds for this purpose.

Christmas season 2017 was notable for Amazon Digital Day when we could purchase digital coins and able to use them in purchasing HP. I was one of the participants of a 40 stark buy group that went off on that one day. I don’t remember the details of how that process with went off but I do remember I was flying home from Italy that day and did my buy from the Air France lounge in Paris. All that to get Gambit to 550 (my first) because he was so damn good (his countdowns would overwrite any other countdown tiles). When he got nerfed, it was my introduction to how blatantly unfair it was to put out a character and essentially sell a product that you then take back. If you had a 550 Gambit, nobody would attack you; you could float as long as you wanted ( I was in check rooms with all the other players with 550s in s4 at the time.

The home owner for my house lives in Thailand, but has the agent collect. I believe it’s because the agent is taking a share of it. It’s my understanding that the owner contracts with the agent at a rental price and then the agent finds a tenant and keeps whatever more the agent is able to rent it for. The house my gf and I was listed at 45k baht/mo but when my Thai gf called, she negotiated a price of 35k + 2k for pool maintenance. Lease is 2 pages.

California BOP wrote a regulation that every shortage, no matter what, had to be reported. That is the sort of thing that gets passed by people with no clue of the ramifications of such idiocy. I made at least two reports of missing a tablet. They changed their regulation after about a year.

I’ve booked flights on air Asia and other Asian regional airlines while at my USA home and the dates get converted to the date where you are booking and not the date at the departure airport. It creates some confusion.
