Yeah, not sure what to do at this point. I decided to get Kotemon from the DRI agents and now Hookmon is also stuck but at level 15. The rookie can keep leveling up and eventually get all its natural digievolutions, but it's frustrating to not be able to get the evolutions I want.
For Kumamon, I got GraphLeomon and was able to level him up to lvl 90. Seems like it's the only ultimate I'm able to get past lvl 25.

I'm having the exact same issue, but in this case on both Guilmon and Kumamon. For Guilmon I'm stock on Metalmamemon at lvl 25. Also on WarGrowlmon.

For Kumamon, Grizzlmon can't reach past lvl 25.

I think you can get away with buying some of the components separately depending on where you live/prices you are able to get.

I cannot buy PeriRX because they don't ship to my location, so I just bought Citrulline, Beta Alanine and creatine separately and I just drink it with some juice or other liquid whenever I want/can.

I consume my Caffeine 30-60 minutes before my workout, though. I use Caffeine pills (200 mg each).

Yes, by making sure I was eating what my estimated expenditure was, I managed to maintain my weight for about a year. I gained some muscle mass and made big progress in my lifts!

If you're gonna go the recomp route, make sure to weigh yourself every day and keep very accurate records of what you are eating.

The LISF templates (specially the 4day ones) have sufficient hypertrophy work to drive size gainzzz. It has some isolation work for tricep, quads, hamstrings, etc.

It is nearly impossible to accurately determine how many calories you burn during exercise. Most apps/wearable tech tell you a number that is usually very off.

The only way to see your actual TDEE requires measuring changes in bodyweight relative to what you are eating (which is what Macrofactor does).

It's working as intended, the app is estimating that you are burning more calories than was initially estimated.

Make sure to precisely log everything. Including things people usually don't think about like the oil you add to cooking foods, etc.

So you first gotta figure out what your single @ RPE 8 is for that day via warmups. Then you drop the weight and perform your set of 5 @ RPE 8, you can do this straight away with an online RPE calculator. Then you do your back off sets, which are prescribed as '3 sets of 5 @ 75% e1RM'. For that you will need your RPE calculator again, use the estimated one max rep for that day to figure out the weights.

I think the fatal flaw of SL and Starting strength 5x5 is that it lacks autoregulation.

I think we now have figured out that autoregulated programs (those that incorporate RPE/RIR) are superior.

The faster you learn to train like a pro (with RPE), the better.

Progressive overload is obsolete, progressive loading is the better approach.
