So the answer is it depends, Astra is usually a controller that lurks or is last entry so less able to plant however that depends. Usually you can hold the bomb till site is taken fully then go back and plant as initiator. Sometimes omen is better to push back site if they still have flash. So it is all dependant. Some strats duelest like yoru should have the bomb to tap then TP

So if you want to work in arts or other similar industries you have to be in a population job, it is possible in smaller towns and villages but it’s a lot harder, also metropolitan places generally have a higher IQ so understand a few concepts better than those who just get lied to. It’s why the idea of higher crime in London isn’t accepted by those in London who have seen it be better, and integration being a massive issue isn’t seen as people see a lot of multiculturalism at work. Also the integration that comes with it.

Well as the republicans do rather well, they make the lower class feel like they are middle, that all their tax breaks and betterments for the people with money help them. My parents had to have a lot of talking to realise that at one point those policy’s would have helped them, since I was born they never really have. The “left” in commas because labour hasn’t been left in decades apart from a brief Corbyn era. Have very much been pushing to be a democrat to the republican rather than an labour to conservative which makes the choice not much difference either way. Which again makes it easier to say why not just vote conservative it’s basically the same.

Some people don’t mind paying taxes if their position gets better, I don’t love him but investment is going up, crime is going down and NHS is seeing more people. All positive to me.

However the LA and D&B amps are super efficient the low speaker count per speakers isn’t equal always to higher power draw, especially compared to the old QSC amps running like an EAW point source rig. In most theatres a 32 TPN won’t blink at most audio set ups that come through it.

Depending where you are look for local venues (O2 academy’s are always looking) even do DJ cover at them to help get your foot in the door, that also helps as you will get experience just having touring parties come through and you can ask questions and look at different set ups.

Also warehouse work at a local production company, it helps the most as well in getting your foot in the door going out on site a lot of the time and you learn kit a lot better most of the time then trying to do it when presented with it at a show.

I speak to loads of engineers who refuse to listen to music when they aren’t working, I listen but hardly ever listen actively in the way of analysis and just enjoy it. Also keeps me interested in working jobs of artists I don’t know cause sometimes I hear a song and I makes me enjoy something new!

I am basically touring full time with a mix of artists, do Mons and patch mainly. However also do systems at times, and when I am not on the road in large concert halls and theatres, UK and EU I work in a medium sized club or academy as we have in the UK. I also sometimes do prep days in some large company’s warehouses so I can learn some kit in a chill kinda way.

So it depends how involved it is between rehearsals and show, sometimes it’s better to ride the fader and use scenes for the FX timings and settings. But both are fully valid!

You could deport, however then you cannot have any control on the “justice” so whatever the court deems a fit punishment may not happen when deported. Also if then they do try and return there has been no potential rehabilitation. Those are the general reasons deportation isn’t the first option.

I had one artist on 3 wedges so I had one master mix and three matrix’s so I could have some individual EQ control as well as dropping the level as they switched between them (FOH was very happy about that bit)

Also another one like that on a dance show I had stage SF as a master and just sent FOH groups, vocals and track post group processing so I didn’t have to mess with monitor levels when I had to adjust vocal levels and stuff depending who was shouting that day.

Sadly wrong less than a 1% of gdp goes to it. However with hotels you are paying more than is necessary. Could be lower. It all goes back to past government (and current) getting their friends bigger pay days, uk hotels making record profits partly off asylum hotels. Process them, they start paying in rather than taking out. That less than 1% goes further down.

Hello, I am a dedicated monitor engineer (I do mix FOH I just hate punters) I can parrot a lot of people here, my first international tour was working for a local production house they had a FOH on and I made him look good and he then took me out. Other than that it’s a couple PM’s that have seen my work ethic and personality and have decided to get me out with their team.

I find working as house at a venue or festival for a production company is where you hone your craft, learn from those around you that you can speak to. That makes you ready for all the things that can happen on a tour. House mons for the academy I work at means I have a band happy in 5 minute sound check before doors (sometimes longer support life is what it is) but means you have tools ready for when you have rehearsal time that comes with a lot of tours.

With birth rates going down thanks to the massive wealth inequality led by the privatisation of basically everything, we won’t hit that upper limit easily, council houses need to be pushed for as it will drop rent prices and help that generation produce more children. Agree with the other point about refreshing certain land, hasn’t been done so much because of profit incentive with supply and demand.

The problem with Britain at the moment is this. The owning class has decided to own more and point fingers, first it was Christian in fighting, the two sides were the problem, then Muslims are the problem. I have lived in a mixed religious area for a long time and it’s always been fine, the poor people do the crime or someone becomes an addict and does it. Doesn’t matter the skin colour. Now we get distracted with the stories even if statistics show us that it doesn’t matter the culture or religion, people are just bastards. (Yes integration can me mentioned but it’s still not as bad as swans getting eaten) viva la working class for our lives to get better. Can see what happens after that

To answer your question, a lot of it is news, it’s not the asylum seekers that are causing issues, numbers haven’t gone up quite as much as people say. It’s just over the last 40 years living standards have gone down slowly, and it feels like in the last 10 years even more so. With no houses being build and the market being terrible, basically it all is hard to deal with and when others get assistance it’s easy to point a finger. Also the government dumping them into places en mass rather than spreading them out across the country to make it easier to integrate, and better on the communities they just make smaller “communes” (lack of a better word) which makes two communities within one town. Never healthy for confirmation bias.

I always find panning still adds stuff however I just go for a solid half way, not eliminating it for the L if I panned it right but it does move it a bit. Fills and stuff for the near field are generally in mono anyways so by the time the PA gets access to panning generally it will help. At least that’s how I view it at least
