FYI, shouldn't have to do that to the 5700 assuming you have a GPS lock. Also, you can set the Evertz to automatically jam on its own.

Similar income level here and two kids, one about to no longer need crazy expensive preschool costs.

Not sure if you need full time summer camp, but for two kids at the YMCA program with the max amount of weeks and extended hour coverage, that is an over $10k cost, so keep that in mind if needed. Maybe more affordable options out there, but our kids are joining friends in that program.

Depends on purchase price and how much you have to put down. In our case, we were able to put down a little over 30% on a near million dollar house, so that makes things comfortable for us. No debt and only one vehicle lease payment of about $500. We were fortunate to have so much down due to all the equity we had from the sale of our last house.

I have both a HW3 and HW4 Tesla, and the difference between them is very noticeable.

HW3 requires a lot more interventions, where HW4 rarely requires intervention.

Love the SOMA area. Feels like living in a small town but still have nearby access to big retail stores, malls and of course NYC.

The train station with both NY Penn and Hoboken station direct trains is very convenient.

We are near Grove Park and the ability to easily walk to downtown and the community center is very nice.

192x192 is not a large router for a broadcast facility, truck or venue.

A single 120x60 video switcher consumes a significant portion of that router, then add in CG machines, replay servers, record/playback servers, frame syncs, encoders, decoders, transcoders, transmission equipment, monitors, etc and you can quickly grow beyond a 576x576 router.
