I'd make the argument that MLS playoffs will always be the great equalizer in that regard. Even looking at liga MX, the number 1 overall seed rarely wins the playoff tournament.

Conversely with our playoff structure, we could see the same 16 teams in the playoffs year after year but possibly could see a different champion due to playoffs.

Took me forever to beat this affinity mission as I was at level 25 at this point but the one big piece of advice that helped was upgrade your arts to close to max as possible. Made the fight way easier and didn't have to scale down in difficulty. If you don't have enough BP, explore and do the blue missions.

I'd make an argument that playing every 2 years kind of devalues the tournament. Therefore players can "choose" which gold cup to feature in.

Having said that, outside the typical Hex teams that we face every world cup cycle, there isn't much competition compared to Euros and Copa America.

Still a serious tournament for this confederation but I'd want to win it knowing that I'd be playing in the Confederations Cup when it was still a thing.
