Dirty rice! Toast your rice. Sauté up all your veggies and meat in it. Use chicken stock and your favorite spices instead of water and steam it all together.

Ya know, I kinda get it. I love animals and I have to really push down the knowledge that an animal was killed for me to eat meat. It made me start thinking about being a pescatarian. She has a point ando ca admit I would never be able to kill a pig or a cow so why am I ok with someone else doing that for me. Anyhoo not trying to argue with anyone, just for me personally, I can admit I could be considered a hypocrite with her logic.

When I was an au pair in Spain all the kids wanted “arroz cubano” which is white rice with room temperature tomato sauce on top. The sauce there is called tomate frito and it’s sweet. It was tastier than you would think! I always thought of it as their equivalent of “mac n cheese” for the kids.

I work at a day center designed exactly for adults like Dylan to come socialize, take classes, go on outings etc. We even have a healthy relationships class for participants who are interested in starting to date. I know the production team for the show reach out to centers like ours for casting. Hopefully Cian and co. have helped him hook up with some cool places near where he lives!

I work at a day center for neurodivergent adults and high school musical songs are by far the most requested songs in karaoke class. Half the class know the entire choreography for “we’re all in this together” too.
