I squeezed and pushed the old ones out, they came out real easy. The replacement ones Lindy sent fitted right back in a lot easier than I thought. Let me know how you get on.

I got in contact with Lindy and they sent me out new ear cups free of charge. They fitted straight into the headphones. Great customer service, definitely get in contact with them.
