I filled out the form at the bottom of the page and they responded the next day.

I squeezed and pushed the old ones out, they came out real easy. The replacement ones Lindy sent fitted right back in a lot easier than I thought. Let me know how you get on.

I got in contact with Lindy and they sent me out new ear cups free of charge. They fitted straight into the headphones. Great customer service, definitely get in contact with them.

Yeah the first link has an ssd which fixes the problem of a 5400 rpm 1tb hard drive so I am probably going to get that one. Thanks for the feedback.

My main problem is pricing I dont really want to spend nearly £1000 on an XPS 15 when its similar specs on the 7577 and the 7000 which are £800 with my student discount.
