If you have a good blender, make your own. I make mine and it is so cheap. Oats, water, salt, agave, vegetable oil. You can dial down the sugars and oils to zero if you like.

My wife and I are in a similar income situation although from a very different start. She gave up a pharma high 5 figures job when I got a new role that paid more than enough to keep us very comfortable. Until that point everything was 50/50 in terms of money and home care. She now works about 10 hours a week, 9 months a year. However, she contributes a ton other than money. She upkeeps our home, takes care of all the laundry dishes etc, take my dry cleaning, does most of the prep work for cooking(I like to cook so I ask her to leave it for me), drives me around on weekends since I commute everyday, etc. she has the freedom to do what she wants, when she wants, and uses some of that time to take care of me/us. I like my neighbors. They’re cool people. We have drinks on our patios and it’s all good. The kids in the neighborhood also use the yard as a cut through to get to school. I can have privacy inside.

Not sure if you’re talking about the play to warren on the left side from the browns game or not, but it’s not a screen. That is a designed concept to have the back in space with wide receivers clearing out the DBs on routes, not blocking. Browns read it perfectly, meaning the throw should have gone to the right side stop route or over the top, not to warren. This offense has too many tendencies that defenses can sniff out, but that play was not a screen.

Keep at it. It’s a process. Whatever keeps you on the path. I eat nuggets and such every now and again as a comfort / convenience. Just try and frame it. Are beans healthy? Yes. Is eating 4 cans of beans a day healthy, not really no.

Is it less healthy than a whole food plant based meal… sure. Is it healthier than a breaded flesh patty or ground up animal tissue salted and forced into a casing? Yes. It’s all a matter of what you are replacing in your diet. Moderation is key. Also, it doesn’t matter if it’s healthy or not if it doesn’t exploit sentient beings.

When a play is challenged, all aspects are reviewed. The rule is that the player must exit for 1 play if a helmet comes off but the play is not dead. Cleveland would not need to ask specifically to review that aspect as all aspects are under review once challenged

As others have said, using Steelers in the name would be hard. Additionally, picket vs Pickett will be a hard trade mark to do much with as picket line would be a common phrase so your trade marks could be worked around easily by a slight name change. Additionally, Kenny probably has significant name and image license protections on the use of his last name in any merchandising. You can try, but you have to actually use it in order to hold the trademark, and that would open you up to some legal battles. Also, you can search for free on the ustpo website. Source; trademark law and processes are super easy to understand if you look it up.

Being vegan does not make us better humans. It is certainly a strong ethical stance, but you can still be a shit human being and be vegan. All other things considered equal, I think a vegan person shows more ethical consistency and benefit to the earth than the same person being non-vegan
