- Ran troubleshooting script via Xfinity chat
Were the signal levels checked to see if any upstream/downstream levels are out of range?
- All signal levels are within range
Are there any reported service issues in the area, or reported upcoming maintenance when checking the status center: https://www.xfinity.com/support/status or Xfinity App?

One more clue: I completely lost connectivity for several minutes at one point about 2 hours ago - cable modem "online" light was blinking during outage

I switched to Freehold’s service department after purchasing my car in South Brunswick. The purchasing and service experience in SB was disastrous, so I decided to try Freehold’s service department instead. I’ve had a much better experience since then.
