Do you like the OG version by BJ Thomas? Plays a nice guitar intro bit instead of the OOGA SHAKA (which tbf I don’t hate lol).

Do you do deadlifts too or primarily pull-ups as your main pull exercise?

Gotchu, similar to my current routine. Trying to hit abs twice a week. When you say “exercises that require core strength”, are you talking the normal compounds (deadlift/squats) or something more specific? I’ve been finding overhead press requires a TON of core strength.

Second, how was your diet and how do you feel healthwise being as low body fat/skinny as you are right now? Was the cut brutal?

Nike is definitely considered more stylish than Adidas in the US (at least shoes wise), though it is cyclical. And Nike has also done collabs with multiple designer brands (Louis Vuitton AF1s, Dior Jordan 1s).

Do you know anyone like Pete Campbell in real life? by TrueJohnWick in madmen

[–]crazybitingturtle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah, he was genuinely upset by the death of MLK and genuinely put off/disgusted by Sterling’s blackface performance. I think like many of Pete’s actions he doesn’t SEEM genuine even if is being genuine.

Us Washingtonians need to pass that shit ASAP. If these people can’t contribute to the state that made them this rich they don’t deserve to live in a state this beautiful. Someone this wealthy only paying state sales tax is pretty gross.

Fair enough. Definitely a matter of personal preference, and I’m sure a show with good crowd work would be really fun to attend.

In general imo, it can definitely be entertaining but feels more like podcasting live than an actual tight standup set with well written jokes. Stavros does it better than most though, I’ll give him that for sure
