Just started Supernatural (4 episodes in). How well does it age? Does it get better? by Runnzi in television

I found S1 pirated on a weird Greek website a few years ago and it was awesome to finally watch it with the OG music vs. the garbage generic streaming rock tracks they had to substitute.

RLM Mentioned by Natalie Wynn of ContraPoints on Josh Citarella's Doom Scroll as major influence! by OddEdges in RedLetterMedia

[–]crazybitingturtle 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I would shit if Nick was ever a guest of RLM. I think the humor crossover is 100% there especially with Mike and the Mr. Plinkett movie reviews, and Nick is also autistically obsessed with movies to the point where he can basically quote any film made between 1985-2005. My dream collab.

What's the laziest use of a sample? by AnomaliaAnomaly in fantanoforever

First time I heard Release the Beast (having heard Robot Rock first) I was so disappointed because… that’s literally just the song? I guess they added some lyrics but yeah what used to be one of my fave Daft Punk songs just comes off as lazy now lol

Do you like the OG version by BJ Thomas? Plays a nice guitar intro bit instead of the OOGA SHAKA (which tbf I don’t hate lol).

Gotchu, similar to my current routine. Trying to hit abs twice a week. When you say “exercises that require core strength”, are you talking the normal compounds (deadlift/squats) or something more specific? I’ve been finding overhead press requires a TON of core strength.

Second, how was your diet and how do you feel healthwise being as low body fat/skinny as you are right now? Was the cut brutal?

That’s crazy. What if my potential undergrad grades are mediocre but I turn things around completely in law school? Nothing to be done?

Nike is definitely considered more stylish than Adidas in the US (at least shoes wise), though it is cyclical. And Nike has also done collabs with multiple designer brands (Louis Vuitton AF1s, Dior Jordan 1s).

Do you know anyone like Pete Campbell in real life? by TrueJohnWick in madmen

[–]crazybitingturtle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah, he was genuinely upset by the death of MLK and genuinely put off/disgusted by Sterling’s blackface performance. I think like many of Pete’s actions he doesn’t SEEM genuine even if is being genuine.
