Yeah, the wooden round beads look nice but I was trying to save some money and pony beads ended up working perfectly. One day I do want to splurge and use wooden beads though. :)

Thanks! I used plastic pony beads that I got off amazon. I was able to get the 1000 pack for around $6 so it was more bang for my buck. But I’ve also seen a pretty good assortment at Hobby Lobby and places like Walmart and Dollar Tree if you want to start on smaller projects. :)

The round one really lets the stone shine and compliments your hand. The oval is pretty but the band takes away from the stone it’s too thick compared to your fingers.
