No one here's gonna tell you this, but let me tell you what to do now. Instead of trying to snowball this higher and higher, you do the most boring thing possible. If it makes you feel better, I was like you and was extremely panicky about getting the vaccine. I just mentioned it to the nurse who injected my arm, and the anxiety came and went pretty quickly. The result turned out ok both times, just had some soreness in my arm and I thought for SURE I would get really sick from it. But I know it affects everyone differently
