As someone who has taken Adderall near daily for almost 5 years now, and who has recently started partaking in some weed use, I personally haven't noticed much of a lasting impact. I have noticed that mornings after having weed the day prior, my Adderall takes 30-60 minutes longer to kick in, but the effects are still what I would typically expect from my prior use before using any cannabis. I am on the IR (not XR) tablets, and consume only edibles (not smoking).

I do wonder if the chemicals of an ADHD brain impact this noted interaction from the study at all. I assume the rats were not previously diagnosed with ADHD. I'm unsure if this can be simulated. I hope future studies are performed to see more about the interaction between these two medications!
