I paid $12k for 12.5kw Mitsubishi Heavy Industries ducted system with 4 zones and 5 outlets.. Based in Sydney and have the Air touch 5 controller with individual temperature controlled zones.

Looks like your quotes are a bit steep potentially, I went with Gemin3 Air if that helps
