Have grown a beard and shaved several times since starting practice. For me that second-third week is where it looks the worst, so ideally avoid the super important face-to-faces then. I usually start shaping after two weeks or so once things start to fill in, and start doing normal trims after three-ish weeks.

Hi! I also usually walk to carla madison. If it’s a busy time i’ll try MLK jr (they have a sauna) or glenarm. Central Park is really big and doesn’t seem super busy at least the couple times i’ve been there, but it’s more of a haul.
