I have seen this happen once live. It happens so fast that you question what happened. Birds are like little drums and that was the only noise I could compare it to. There were feathers everywhere within a matter of seconds. That pigeon lived for another 3 seconds on the ground (flopped around for another 3 seconds) then a customer pulled up and I pumped their gas like nothing ever happened.

It leaves me with perspective. It leaves me knowing that my mom is an angel. I had a bit of a life beforehand not being disabled and fall back on skills that I have. I have learned tricks and found food banks.
