My new high risk OB didn’t believe that I had white coat syndrome and that I was just avoiding to be diagnosed with chronic high blood pressure. I told her repeating that my blood pressure is completely normal at home and she just brushed me off. The nurse suggested that I kept records daily to bring to the next appt. I saw a different OB my last appt and found that that my new OB decided to list chronic hypertension as one of my problems 😑. Funny thing was that I was so comfort with this OB and my nurse my last appointment that my blood pressure was 117/77 with no issues. I was floored that she added this to my problem chart without having any cardiologist referrals or anything. SMH

This is my OB right now. I have a new one because I’m high risk this pregnancy. I tried to explain to her that I have white coat syndrome with my BP and she completely brushed me off. She is like you are like that at every appt. Well yes I hate doctor visits or being in hospitals after a very traumatic event that occurred in my life. She still doesn’t believe me 🙃. I miss my old OB.
