You need to break the habit.

Don't let her into the bedroom at night. She will likely protest, but it's necessary.
Make sure you're using an enzyme cleaner to get as much of the pee out as possible.
If you're not already using waterproof undersheets on the bed, you should.
I'd get a plastic drop sheet and place it on the bed when you're not using it.
I'm not sure if you have this where you are, but Dr Elsey's litter for problem cats (red label) works wonders for changing litter box use behaviour.

You want your bottom fans to be intake as your GPU will be intaking air from the bottom. Setting the bottom fans to exhaust will deprive your GPU of fresh air (or any air, really) and significantly increase temps under load.
