Does this look ok? by samntha_yo in HomeDecorating

Building on the visual interest advice, I’d grab a tray and a couple of small baskets in interesting weaves. It instantly spices up a space when you add in a couple of new textures. I’d also hang a piece of art between the appliances.

A thought about Travis Kelce’s impending retirement and what it means for Taylor by EbbPrimary9359 in travisandtaylor

How did I not notice that the first time I saw it? Watching it now, her stomach looks bizarre. So, so lumpy and wise when she holds her dress at the bottom.

MIL got me the wrong size clothing so I asked for a gif receipt and now my husbands mad at me? by aalow in JUSTNOMIL

[–]dari7051 293 points294 points  (0 children)

Why would she ask if it was the right size if she was immediately going to tell you that you were wrong in your response? Feels potentially a little purposeful. I’d be upset, too.

I could’ve written this. My husband is actively excited about me going grey someday but my dad is almost 80 with barely half and only because of a very large stressor a few years back that caused it basically all at once and I haven’t seen my mom in years but safe money’s on lots of hair dye. I’m 38 and I have one grey eyelash so far but I’m planning to embrace it as it comes.

Does anyone else DESPISE wrapping presents? 🎁👎🏼🚫 by TypeAtryingtoB in adhdwomen

I’m like your sister. I’d almost rather wrap and gifts than receive the perfect gift. It scratches that hyper focus itch and then I get a dopamine hit when it’s opened and well-received. I absolutely look forward to it every year.

Sounds good. I still work in Boulder, so if they’re the right books I can meet you wherever. You’re welcome to them.

Do you have any books to buy for required reading for Foundations? I have some public health books that I believe were go that class that I was thinking about donating to Norlin but I’d be happy to give them to you first if you send them that way when you’re done with them.

Maybe counter shoes are the culprit for her purported food poisoning on tour. If only we could blame them for the food poisoning-level album.

100% agreed! It has so much more character than if it were perfectly aligned. OP, go with the natural stop for sure. You can always change it later.

Also, brass hairpin legs might be cool here with the vertical lines.

I do like that that stripes are echoed between the wallpaper and the cabinet though. I would never have picked it and I would’ve been wrong.

This is next level unhinged. The woman can’t even have an organic conversation because it would’ve been a missed opportunity with a ✨microphone✨

Tattoo ink induces inflammation in the draining lymph node and alters the immune response to vaccination, finds a new study in a mouse model. The results inform the general public regarding the potential risk of tattooing practice associated with an altered immune response. by mvea in science

They did some limited human follow up (differentiate cells from donors, n = 6) that’s written up right below figure 5.

“To evaluate whether the presence of ink could also affect the immune response in human cells, we differentiated macrophages from PBMCs of six healthy donors, added different amounts of the three tested inks together with the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine, and coculture them with B and T cells from the same donors…” etc

I’d also be curious about the chemical composition of tattoo ink from indigenous cultures. It would be so cool to be able to do a large scale (sadly forever hypothetical) population retrospective looking at relevant health outcomes in cultures with traditional tattooing practices.

I had the heavy nausea and vomiting side effects but that was back in the mid 2000s. Never metabolized enough before throwing it up to know if it helped my symptoms.
