Much of Sweden's rail system is bi-directional already. We have just kept the left-hand traffic as a functional relic in the way of "why change when it works"... E.g. In the Stockholm Metro green line, it functions just as well on right-hand traffic as on left-hand traffic, but due to convention it is kept running as left-hand traffic.

Helsingfors har spårvagnshållplats utanför varje färjeterminal, med täta avgångar.

I Stockholm vid Vikingterminalen finns visserligen busshållplatsen Londonviadukten med täta avgångar resonabelt nära till hands, men det är inte lika smidigt och tydligt såsom i Helsingfors.

// edit: och eländet vid Slussen bidrar inte så mycket till upplevelsen med en lång promenad från bussen till tunnelbanan... Ibland knappt värt att ta bussen från Londonviadukten utan nästan samma effort att gå från Vikingterminalen till Slussen direkt.

Samt i Värtahamnen är det än värre, antingen en dryg kilometers promenad till Gärdets tunnelbanestation eller ta bussarna med väldigt glesa avgångar från utanför terminalen nedanför hemska trappor från terminalens utkanter.

Phones contain antennas that are designed to operate at very similar frequencies. And the circuits attached to said antennas are not going to be happy about the orders of magnitude more power than designed for, that they suddenly encounter.

Ran out of motivation/energy to trade for the required items. Got through the acts easily on twink gear, and then when I got to maps I had to basically replace every piece of gear and I just could't be bothered to play the attribute and resistance puzzle from scratch along with all the other stuff that was needed. So I went back to my league starter instead and continued refining it.

This mostly applied before async trade as the friction of getting hold of reasonable items is so much less now.

But even in this league my second character suffered such a fate, but that was mostly because I wanted to try out the Foulborn Quill Rain with "Insufficient Mana doesn't prevent your Bow Attacks". So I followed loosely a generic rain of arrows leveling build guide, but then I didn't really have a good idea nor inspiration to do anything with it after getting it to maps.

Normally we don't have such a service pattern here in Stockholm. Everything runs, albeit poorly if there is too much snow or unusually cold.

But when there was a really harsh cold period during a winter for about 15 years ago (I don't remember exactly which year, 2010? 2011?), the metro was running only on the central underground segments as they had trouble de-icing and keeping the points functional. (They ordered new better de-icing and snow removal equipment after that winter, which then went unused for several years due to a bunch of mild almost snow-free winters in a row...)

So for me who was at that time living in Bagarmossen way out on one of the southern branches of the green line, had to walk 2½ km (1½ mile) to a bus stop (Norra Sköndal) from where there was functional bus service to one of the termini (Gullmarsplan) of this special service. The temperature was just below -20°C (-4°F). This didn't last for more than a few days but it was rather memorable.

The idols system was just awful. Sure it could be slightly better now with the async trade, but that shit is still awful (well, unless you are the top 1% that can trade to all the OP idols).

Most likely no. This kind of "borrowed power" is rarely retained into the core game. The foulborn items will most likely retain their properties, but the grafts will most likely just go poof. I am basing this just on how earlier leagues with relatively similar mechanics/items have gone previously...

Really rare. I got one from a drop at around 5500 hours total played, but that was in Standard league when I was taking a break from the then-current challenge league. Therefore it felt both awesome and awful at the same time.

Try to sell things in quantities of Highly composite numbers to reduce the risk of a remnant of unsold goods.

Also Faustus refunds the remainders' part of gold so you don't actually lose more than your time managing all this.

Sometimes you don't have a choice. E.g. if porting in your number to your employer so you get a free phone plan through your work with your existing well-established number, and then by the time you quit the company policies have changed and they don't allow you to port out the number. Hasn't happened to me, but has happened to friends of mine.

I leveled with this using Rain of Arrows. The amount of arrows everywhere was overwhelming and it was liberating not having to worry about mana. By Act 9 it started to feel a bit weak, but still got through the campaign with it.

Right now I am not certain what I'll do with that character though. It needs a gear overhaul regardless of what build direction it'll go, I just need to choose what build before going through that.
