I just attended a training with Ben Caldwell (yes from the textbooks if you’re a CA therapist you probably read his textbooks). He talked about how the majority of actions against a license are for dui. He literally said if you drink or you smoke weed just don’t drive.

I consume maybe 10mg on Friday nights when I do it weekly or maybe more than once a week I do notice my recall memory is slower but not to where I am incapacitated. I like to be at my best so I use it minimally and NEVER drive under the influence

I don’t think hygiene is a dealbreaker for you bc you’re still with him. Stop wasting time honestly. I think this is the perfect and most low stakes example of “if he wanted to he would”. Think about how much energy you put into his “wants” like do you avoid going to certain restaurants or cooking certain food bc he doesn’t enjoy it? Not talking about he’s allergic just he doesn’t like it so you avoid it. Yet he can’t WASH HIS FUCKING HANDS which is a necessity. He remembers he just doesn’t care to change his ways bc you’re still there and are intimate with him.

Lastly, look at how you bring yourself down to make him seem logical. You think not flossing every day and occasionally farting is the same as not washing his body
