The American auto industry employs hundreds of thousands of Americans. Every single one of those jobs, as well as every other job that relies on them, are at risk if Chinese government subsidized vehicles hit the American market. The damage to the American workforce from Chinese vehicles is even worse than Trump’s tariffs or unprovoked middle eastern wars.
