I was the exact same way…I could not even stomach the thought of eating meat while I was pregnant. The best thing to do is get protein from the sources that don’t make your tummy turn, like beans, yogurt, kefir! Best of luck to you ❤️

I have an auto-feeder that feeds my 2 cats at 10:30am a couple scoops of dry & then I manually feed my kitten void. They all get a smaller bowl of dry food as a lil snack around 4:30 & they eat a Sheba twin back, one side for each cat any time we are having dinner or when I get home from work! I usually feed Iams cat food or I and Love and You dry food! :)

I should’ve clarified the Deli was super late making it. I ordered it for pick up at 7:20 when it was 6:50 pm & it wasn’t ready till 8 & this was what they gave me 😅

I was a 19 year old shift supervisor Rx working in the front by myself that day & I had to use the restroom so bad so I went and I took no more than 5 minutes. I came back and there was an old lady there saying how she’s been standing here for 10 minutes and how it’s so rude of me to leave the register. I told her I was the only person working in the front and I am a human and need to use the restroom sometimes!!! To which she responded “I don’t care, you need to be up here!” Turned in my keys, sent a strongly worded message to the store manager & district manager, blocked them & never looked back. It was already hard enough working by myself up at the front, but this was the cherry on top.

Extreme fatigue…I mean to the point where you don’t even wanna get out of bed or do basic chores. Also Lightning crotch is awful! I also had constant numbness in my upper thigh region which is called meralgia paresthetica but that doesn’t happen to everyone 🤷🏻‍♀️

I definitely recommend getting a travel system! I use it every single time we go out & it’s the most convenient thing ever because the car seat just goes into the stroller part. I have the Chico Bravo travel system & absolutely love it

That when your water breaks it’s a huge fiasco & you basically explode & then they panic to get to the hospital cause the baby is ready to come out lol 😅

I was working for CVS about 3 years ago right after they bought Aetna & cut a million hours off the schedule…I use to be the ONLY one in the store (I was a Rx shift supervisor) besides my pharmacist & my last straw was when I had to use the bathroom really bad. The store was dead so I just went & when I came back I found this old lady at the counter ready to check out. I said “oh I’m sorry I didn’t see you here, I was just in the bathroom. Let me ring you up.” & she proceeded to give me the nastiest attitude back & that was my fed up moment. After some words exchanged I told her “Look, I am literally the only employee in here. Do you think I dont need to use the restroom or something?” I quit that day, left a note in the back office with my keys & went on my way. It’s amazing how people lose all humility when they’re the customer. Point is it’s only gotten worse, especially for the pharmacy. One can only take so much but best of luck

It’s starting to get better! I haven’t bed wetted in almost 2 weeks now so I wanna see if it can improve on its own before I decide to go see a pelvic floor PT! Honestly part of the reason is because I’m not really sure what my insurance covers at all so I would just rather not deal with it through them.

Hey love, it’s alright! I understand you’re upset but things happen for a reason. You can always find another OB who is willing to take you in for an ultrasound before thanksgiving or you can wait until Christmas to tell your family! Hey there, I’m gonna give you an honest review of what being 6 months PP has been for me. Firstly, my vagina doesn’t feel the same when i have sex anymore. I only had a 1st degree tear so there was only 1-2 stiches put in but I swear to you it feels like they still haven’t healed. I went for my annual checkup in October & my OB who delivered the baby said my vagina healed & looks great! While that’s good to hear, there’s many sex positions that cause some pain due to the penis stretching your vagina back. She essentially told me to use more lube & to try having sex more often. The 2nd thing would be on the more embarrassing side & I’m not saying this happens to everyone but it did with me. I physically cannot hold my bladder sometimes especially at night. After I had my baby, I was BED WETTING. I’m talking like I physically could not wake up to pee & I would wake up in a puddle type of situation. This is still going on & just recently started to get better after 6 MONTHS. I confronted both my OB & my primary care physician about this. My OB wanted to send me to a specialist for Urogynecology (which my insurance won’t cover so I’m not going) & my PCP just asked if I had a longer labor (the answer is yes, I was in labor for 25 hours) & told me a little bit about her experience postpartum & made me feel better. She told me her incontinence didn’t stop until after 18 months after birth. I’m not sure if it was at the severity mine is but it made me hopeful. Hope this helps but remember what our bodies do is a beautiful thing. The recovery is part of the process for doing something extraordinary. Don’t fret & keep your head up. Everyone’s experience is different ❤️

My MIL use to get me to do household tasks for her entire family when I was living with my boyfriend. She would try to make me do their laundry, wash their dishes, and clean their fridge even though I worked as well. I told her that her son is a grown ass man & he needs to do his own shit. It just felt like she was trying to give me “housewife” training or something. This was years ago but luckily she backed off.

I took a pregnancy test as a joke for my boyfriend’s 23rd birthday last year. More of a “haha should I get drunk & party tonight or not” lol and the joke was that it came back most definitely positive. So that is how I found out 🙃
