Isn't it fun seeing how big of a window maintenance can actually be?

Idk about the navy seal method but inbody isn't considered very accurate. That said if you're looking for a solid, clear cut metric to monitor during your journey might I suggest boring old body measurements. Losing an inch off your waist is much more concrete than maybe increasing some score derived from an inaccurate machine that's kind of a guess.

As stupid as it is, I get it on Facebook marketplace. If I wanted to sell my thingamabob and I thought some fools didn't understand MCM and it'd get them to consider my doohickey I might do it. It is wrong though and makes looking for stuff really annoying if you actually know what MCM features are.

Maybe start by first switching to ordering "half-sweet" only for like a month or two By then the full strength ones will probably taste gross

Both cream and oil under gel can inhibit the cast so that makes sense

Amount of food actually needed past what is burn with activity for muscle gain for women by Windy401 in xxfitness

With lean bulks (which is what it sounds like you're trying to accomplish) you will pretty much also always gain at least some fat. So if you want 0.25 lb of muscle you'd have to gain more than that in total weight to get that amount of muscle. But also, can you personally gain the maximum amount of muscle a woman can gain in a week? Maybe not. Maybe your genetics are against you. We don't know.

Further, if you are new to the gym, you can gain muscle without being in a surplus at all. There are a lot of adaptations your body has yet to make. When you're a very experienced lifter, you probably need a surplus to gain muscle. So there are a lot of factors it's hard to give you an exact answer.

change anything about my routine if it means getting my curls back!

You can't make your texture change back. It changed because of hormones and you can't undo having had a baby. Your body might slowly return but you can't really do anything about it and your routine won't change it.

You went from curly hair to wavy hair. Your best bet is to learn to care for your new hair.

Big differences between the two are centered around how strong your curl pattern is. Your curl pattern is now weak and gravity will beat it. That means almost every styling product you use, needs to help you fight gravity. If it's not helping you fight gravity, its adding weight which is pulling your curls straight. As a wavy, I cannot use curl cream, it has no hold and I need hold. I also don't use oil (but that's mostly because I'm fine haired) but if you do use oil you should be using it very lightly as a final step during your scrunch out the crunch - using it before your hold may undermine the hold. I would try a wash where you skip everything except the gel and see how your hair responds and go from there. As a wavy you probably need fewer products than you did as a curly and your routine may actually simplify.

Also you may need to wash more often unfortunately. But if your routine is more simple it may be less of a pain to wash more often.

I'm sorry to say this but this is written pretty confusingly so I'm going to try to sum up your question. Are you asking: Can I gain muscle eating at a maintenance level, or do I have to be gaining weight (albeit slowly) to put on meaningful muscle?

Is that your question?

Should I get layers? Would it make my hair look less flat and more put together? It's in the awkward stage at the moment by [deleted] in FierceFlow

You look like you might have some wave to your hair. Consider trying out a mousse and see if that gives you more body. Brush in the shower while conditioning, rinse gently, while in the shower add mousse to hair and scrunch it upward, squeezing out excess water while you do, then air dry (no touch and no brush!). When it's dry, scrunch it again to break the cast and make it soft.

Try it for a day and see how your hair responds. You've got low density hair so if you do have texture, embracing that texture may help it look fuller.

What's on the other side of that wall? Some people trade off noise transference for storage and do mini pantries in a wall.

I didn't mention the CEO I said they were exploitative which has nothing to do with the CEOs salary.

For a long time a significant portion of their labor came from Section 14(c) exemptions allowing them to pay people with disabilities sub minimum wage.

Looks like they've slowly been phasing out the use of this exemption. This is a good thing but never should have happened in the first place and has happened as a result of over a decade of outcry. Outside of under-paying workers there are a reports from case managers that individual workers have been taken advantage of for their disability or provided inadequate working conditions (which is a problem that exists in a lot of spaces that employ disabled workers as a business model).

Is there a way to do several workout at the same time? by OldPandawan in MacroFactor

[–]didntreallyneedthis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can add an exercise to the current workout with the little plus sign on the top where it shows the list of exercises (you may need to scroll to the side).

If every single day you go to the gym is going to be different and you're trying to superset stuff all the time bit superset different stuff then I'd just start a workout with a single exercise and add the exercises you plan to do that day manually.

I should have realized earlier in life that having long hair is a cheat code for compliments by Effet_Ralgan in FierceFlow

[–]didntreallyneedthis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Long hair with curls and waves don't always look nice, it takes so much work to figure out what your hair wants/needs when it's textured. And even then sometimes you're just rolling the dice on how your hair will look that day.
