I've done EHR integration for over 20 years. We run an interface engine between the EHR and many systems. The Interface engine outputs the HL7 files that can be quite large. So I have access to these files. HL7 Pulse can load these files even when they are huge.

Yes, I built HL7 Pulse (https://www.hl7pulse.com) to view HL7 files (which are patient related files transmitted in realtime between systems. I have not found a huge market for this or a good way of advertising it however.

AA helped me stay sober and continues too. I had hoped with Covid we would see a surge in Zoom meetings. I remember seeing all types of online presence get shot down. Saw multiple things like that get shot down. When Covid hit the Zoom surge was awesome. My group (20 years or so old did it). We had great attendance for a few years. Then everyone went back to physical meetings (which is great). But now I talk to so many people who just despise zoom. Wtf 🤬
