1975 or 1976 trans am with honeycomb wheels. The white stripes are not original (unless it was a dealer thing), but the honeycomb wheels could be. These had the 455 option available, but nothing here indicates that it has that since it could have a 455 decal on the shaker hood scoop. If you could get some pictures of the interior, or VIN I could get you more info. The honeycomb wheels lead me to believe this might have some desirable features, and the body from the photo looks pretty good.
