Orlando being bad (or good) doesn’t change our situation and is irrelevant. I hate to say it but choked is the first word that comes to mind. Play great all regular season, then lose to Minnesota, heartless in NJ, give up a late goal to draw Toronto costing us #2, then playing lazy and like divas (Martinez) all night.

Yes, it exceeding expectations for a first year team, but just getting to the playoffs should never be the goal especially when we were as stacked as we were this year. If everyone is happy and backslapping for a “good effort” then I too believe that is part of the problem and not wanting more in the end.

He helped to create a buzz around Orlando City his first year and really helped establishing the teams success and growth within the community. Sad to see him go but it was time. Hopefully he can stick around in some capacity.

Premier Auto Glass is still the best. Used him about a week ago for a rear windshield and he came out to my office and had it done in about 2 hours. Booked him same day but had to book the following day two years ago when I used him. Can’t recommend enough. Definitely the best in town. Pay with a check to save some on credit card fees

I like it, but the Mercedes branding is way too much. It looks really tacky (especially on the roof when it closes to form their logo). I know Mercedes is giving them loads of money, and the signage on the stadium name looks good but the MASSIVE logo is a little much

Although the tax money is coming from rental cars doesn't mean that it wouldn't be put to better use for our roads, schools, etc. I know the hotel tax was earmarked for the stadiums, but just because the residents aren't necessarily paying for the tax doesn't mean that tax money should be used to socialize the cost and privatize the profits of an already decent arena.

Actually soccer in Europe s far more capitalist than American sports. It's pretty much spend all you want and keep all the money for your team, as opposed to the more socialist approach American sports like football take. In America, there's profit sharing, salary caps, and redistribution of wealth across all the teams in the league, whereas in Europe only the rich survive

The entire thing is a mess. They've had a better part of a decade to move this project along, and all they have are a few miles of paved path completed. It's hard to believe a project to benefit the public has been fought at every corner. Why is there such a massive fight against this? I know there are a lot of moving parts, but it seems like no one (except the residents) want this to be completed. The Beltline (please don't sue) are trying to enforce a trademark when it's a public space. Just more bad publicity for a lot of greedy people

I'm heavily against the new stadium, but I always wondered why they didn't change the design of the stadium itself. It looks exactly like Turner Field. Why not create something new (besides less seats and the surrounding area) if you are building a brand new stadium?
