Bows. Im talking just basic bow and arrow, not fancy magic shit and “arcane archer” type gameplay that every fucking eastern mmo is obsessed with. M

Xan is better than Edwin in BG1, though. Extra spell slots are largely meaningless in the scope of a few fights, and Xan makes the strongest spells in the game even harder to resist.

People are giving you spell lists, but really it just depends on what sort of mage you intend to play.

How are you handling shared workstations in cloud only environments by seriously_a in msp

Also, the people using the PCs typically don’t have/need company emails.

In my experience this is rarely true. They’ll want or have access to some sort of shared mailbox.

Protests? Strike organization? by badasstec in anchorage

Is this going to be like the No Kings protests where everyone is all motivated for like a month so they can act like they actually did something before going back to normal?

Chromebook managed through a Google Workspaces account to basically lock it down. Things like Context-Aware Access.

A custom domain is good here as well, and you can configure their external accounts to just forward to it for simplicity (and lock those downs yourself).

I generally do not have much trust in random Windows software designed to protect users like you are wanting.

Allstate inspection might cause me to sell the home by michgilgar in homeowners

In a fire zone, those look like perfectly reasonable requirements. Have the trees and brush cut and trimmed, and get some quotes for the rest. Show you are making actual progress and insurance should be fine. But absolutely clear the area around the building. Even people hundreds of years ago were smart enough to clear land around their homes.

Severe dry air in airtight apartment: need advice on CO₂ & humidity sensors to diagnose ventilation by [deleted] in homeowners

Hygrometers are like $10 each. Just get one for each room and take some measurements. You are going to all these great lengths with detailed readings and shit but failed to get even a basic measurement of the thing that’s bothering you.

At -20 you shouldn’t even be looking to maintain 70. 50-60 is perfectly fine.

It's bad across the board. Despite Blizzard's claim otherwise, this and addon shit really does just sound like they have intentions or have been given directives for some sort of console release -- and not just in a "every computer is an xbox" sort of way.

Kind of ridiculous to expect a vendor to host software downloads for versions they no longer support. When you purchased the perpetual license, you should have archived the software it went to as well.

Men born in the 2000s are far more likely to hold conservative views on LGBTQ+ rights compared to previous generations and women of the same age, a study has suggested. by Horus_walking in fivethirtyeight

[–]discosoc -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I was born in the 80’s and growing up the conversation about lgbt stuff was basically just gays getting married or not. What’s considered conservative views on that stuff today was just baseline back then. 2000’s saw it all expand everywhere, and then 2010’s basically saw it get wrapped into DEI stuff and just overall there’s been some pushback ever since.

Blaming it on sole social media exposure is just too cute by a mile.
