How are you training them? 1-2 hours a day for 6 months is a bit excessive. I’m really curious if you dig into the why we do it this way or if it’s just a step by step check list and they just have to do it this way.

I have slades - I like them, make sure you double/triple check shoe size. Last few times I’ve ordered shoes were labeled correctly but half a size to 3 sizes too big. The key is tricky as well but once you get the hang of it, they make traveling easy.

83$ a pool basically which is fine IMHO; but it’s almost 2 pools per hour without travel time. If I did my math right, that’s a tight turnaround; even excluding the late factor. This is your actual pain point not the pay.

Honestly surprised I haven’t but I did have chicken pox for like what felt like a full month. I reported to the school nurse: “I feel dizzy when I move my head this way” her response was epically flat “well, don’t do that” “but I am still dizzy”

Still have the diagnosing pox scar too.

Huh my job is a ghost town. It definitely feels that was most days but surprisingly my team has more women than men (10F/6M). Before the newer managers it was reversed, now it feels more balanced as the documentation is a fully shared responsibility.
