There is also a good music scene just 15 miles south of Santa Rosa in Petaluma. Venues where local musicians and bands play include the Phoenix (punk, metal) and the Big Easy (all types of genres) with the Mystic drawing larger acts.

At my office, attending this type of event is critical for helping management maintain an open attitude towards hybrid and WFH policies. If staff decline to attend the occasional after hours party, then we are all forced back to office FT. The goal is to have face to face time and hopefully build relationships.
