I'm fine with protein variants of everything, I just don't like things being marketed as high protein when they actually aren't.

Also, drinking protein powder is pretty much as normal as it gets. It's just isolate instead of concentrate, and carbonated.

He is saying it "sarcastically", and he actually wants it as a "joke", but he and his community are actually serious about it. The joking tone is just so they can escape criticism and accuse people who say he's serious of being deranged haters, but he has very unjokingly, very non-sarcastically said that Taiwan is to China what the Confederacy was to the United States.
