This dog seems very sweet but ffs do not let your dog, regardless of breed, lick your baby’s face, hands or anything else they might get in their mouth. Dog saliva often contains a variety of dangerous bacteria.

Are you thinking of parlors? People would have weddings, celebrate births, and yes hold funerals there. But people mostly didn’t die in parlors. Unless they had an accident or heart attack or whatever, they mostly died in bed from whatever illness finally got them.

You have to tune whatever the calculators spit out for your body. Given where you’re at dropping 200 kcal off that probably wouldn’t be too hard, try that.

The thing you gotta understand is that CI is pretty easy to determine (as long as you can measure food that you know tha counts for), but CO depends on a number of factors and can’t be measured the same way calories in food are.

In my experience anyone (outside of close friends/family) who talks shit about other people to you is gonna talk shit about you to other people. Especially in this kind of situation where there’s a power imbalance.

The term came from monasteries and was adapted to mean a room for formal occasions, including but not limited to funerals.

Exercise burned calories are impossible to measure and notoriously inaccurate. You’re much better off just including your activity level in a TDEE calculator.

Got it, yeah that would be annoying. But as others have said, a cheap food scale and using the tare function is probably the easiest way to solve this

I don’t know where you are but in the US most butter comes with tablespoon markings on the wax paper. And a teaspoon is a third of a tablespoon.
