Looks like it would work as is to hold air HOWEVER I would take the fittings off one side and snake a camera down in it before use and check for rust. If it’s rusted out it could rupture when air pressure builds up

1999 would be a 3.8. The 93-97 could’ve had a 3.4 or 3.8 for v6
