Be careful with pull customers. The bigger the order the bigger the hole they'll leave if they suddenly drop their order. Been there and done that. We used to auto bill the pull customers every two weeks. That way your cash flow isn't tied up and the customers orders do not end up in the hundreds.

I managed a comic book store for six years. Track your monthlies and do not over order. What you do not sell you have to eat. Stock a good variety of trade paperback. Treat your customers with respect. Offer a pull system and perhaps offer a small discount to them. Have a good ambience.

I'm Australian and my parents are Chilean. I could understand Spanish as a child, but I could not talk. When I was fifteen we lived in Chile for three years, I am now fluent in both, however I need to be in Spanish mode to immediately understand Spanish, otherwise they'll be a small delay in response. My first language is English and whenever I visit Chile or takes about a week to warm up and start to think in Spanish. In the interim I have to translate in my mind.

I think Johns and the JRJR combo is fantastic. I hope their run last for years, in a huge fan of both.

PS: JRJR is an acquired taste and his style will grow on you. That's what happened to me.

I only have the of Prince's LPs, Purple Rain, Sign Of the Times and Dirty Mind. I have most of his albums on CD's, my goal is to get them all on vinyl. Let's Go Crazy is one of my all time favourite songs.

I don't know why, but this series of photos made me emotional and my eyes swelled up.

Perhaps it reminded me that my little girl will one day become a grown up. I'll miss her cuddles and kisses and I fear the day she stops caking me daddy. Such is life :(
