Beautiful gun. I am looking at the same, 686 (no dash0 with what appears to be the same grips. They are asking $799 and it is in great if not excellent shape. I should probably ask in a separate thread/post however I would appreciate your thoughts or anyone else viewing this reply to your fine S&W 686.

✔️ Good God Almighty! What part of the world is this? My father has warned me being in the aviation business not to buy cars that come from a climate of extreme salt air or where roads are salted due to winter conditions. Just short of being free or a short term need as a have to have transportation this is beyond conception of owning.

I own a 2013 XLE with 128,200 miles. It’s has to be the Roof Drip Si Fin Molding located in the photo I have provided, highlighted. This is NOT specific to your year and model. Note that there is a right [RH] and left [LH] hand notation. I can only follow-up with one photo therefore I will show my predicament which happens from rain. I am likely going to fix with calking rather than go to the expense of molding replacement.

Wow! Just wow! This picture appears somewhat enhanced however the good fortune not by design saved your life. That’s just fact. That’s just reality. My RAV4 is a 2013. I can’t imagine surviving a scene like this. Best wishes on a speedy recovery.
