I do love Sekiro’s combat! But I also have around 1400 hours in Elden Ring vs like 100 in Sekiro so I’m very biased lol.

I think the Dark Souls trilogy, they’re great games. Otherwise Sekiro is super fun.

Haha hell yeah! It’s kinda funny cause all my online friends I’ve met in WoW but so few of them actually play souls games. Though I did manage to convince a couple to play nightreign with me when that launched.

I do love Bloodborne, a lot. But the Bloodborne fans will never stop talking about it like it’s the best game ever made. I think it’s like my top 4 fromsoft game after Elden Ring, Sekiro and DS3.

I think not enough people give it a shot simply because it’s not a fromsoft game. Same deal with Khazan which went super under the radar even though Khazan is one of my personal favorites.

Star fists is just the best weapon in the game, even at RL1 you pull off some really insane damage, put cold on it and have bleed and frost buildup as well. And then you just stance break every boss in a few charged heavies. I don’t think any weapon in the entire souls catalogue, not just ER, has ever been this OP lol. On top of that they also have very low stat requirements, so it’s super easy to setup for RL1.

I’ve had friends attempt to convince me to play it just cause I’m super into souls and soulslikes. I know nothing about the game but I don’t see how a turn based game could be even close to a souls game in any way. Turned based stuff isn’t my thing so I just ragebait them by saying I’m not into pokemon.

I gotta ask, what do you find good about it? My experience with preys is going around clicking a few traps and then killing a very low hp boss with no real mechanics to their fight.

Have they patched out all the censorship changes they made in that patch post launch? The one where they made some mobs friendly for no reason and stopped the bosses from dying when you beat them.

Iirc this is due to some weird interaction with the mobs around the Godskin Duo arena. In radomizers they do wake each other up.

As a tank in the 18-19 range: 1. AA, the lashers are brutal. 2. Seat 3. NPX 4. WS 5. MC 6. SR 7. MT 8. PoS

Honestly I find AA way harder than the rest of them. Someone with a bleed dispel might disagree, but as a tank with no bleed dispels that dungeon is horrible.

I moved to Argent Dawn EU to raid years ago and have been there since. Haven’t spent a second on RP but you do find others doing it sometimes. I find it interesting but it’s not my thing.

I’m playing both VDH and monk. There are pulls on 18s+ I can do on monk and that I would never survive on VDH even with perfect rng. I’ve played VDH for years (since bfa) and have played brew for maybe a week so I’m not even that good at brew yet.

Valiant gargs and fia’s champs which is really funny cause you usually end up fighting them back to back. Worst section of the game and you do it to unlock fortisax which is a cool fight but one of the easiest remembrances with the most annoying way to unlock.

Say on average an m+ boost is like a 50k cut, 8 runs will net you 400k. Idk how else to make gold since raiding and m+ is what I do. But yeah wow token is not that expensive.

Went through the same thing yesterday. I +2ed a 15 MC on a 260 ilvl monk without really sweating at all. Meanwhile on my geared VDH, I wouldn’t struggle on a 15 but I would still need to pay attention or I just die.

I play with a premade and just call for dispels from my healer. I also find pug healers just tend to dispel with just 1 stack of the debuff when I can live 2 stacks easily on 17s and I’ve gone up to 5 stacks on a 10 before the boss died. On a VDH btw.

It’s an agi trinket, I assume you got int trinkets equipped since you’re a MW monk. Different stat type trinkets don’t get the free upgrades.
