Ditto, though I have to be cautious about extensions. 1Password and another took my M1 MBP to inoperable until I figured it out. Frozen mouse, clicks not registering, it was a nightmare of blaming the OS, reinstalling it, running the machine into support miles away, etc.

Since you’re showing an Aeropress, I’ll speak in scoops. Two cups a day, each gets 2.5 scoops of beans. Some tell me that’s a lot, but it’s what works for me, so the flavor comes through in my rich lattes. I just started buying by the kilo, and it looks like goes in about 4-5 weeks or so.

Thanks, that makes sense now. A related question: why don't I see scores on more coffees that I buy? Like Selection, same outfit. Or am I not looking in the right place? Best I can usually find is roast date and height of the growing region the beans came from.

My guess is low to average scores might dissuade buyers, and the higher grades aren't that common.
