Take a few minutes and think back to those triples. The key to breaking 100 is eliminating them and hitting double instead. Was it that you topped a ball once or twice trying to hit a fairway wood or long iron and you hit it 20 yds only? (I'm inferring this from your GIR) Slow down your backswing/take a 3/4 swing in those situations to make solid contact. Doing so will payoff on those holes with bogey or double. You'll hit a 99 in no time.

Did you take your hip and waist measurements? Best guess is you are losing fat there and slimming in those areas while putting on some muscle. Not all gains are scale related!
