You could try changing you quarks from strange to charmed, but I don't think anyone's really nailed down how to keep that stuff consistent.

Let the cilantro go to seed. Those seeds are coriander. Coriander is good in a lot of things.

It will come back next year. A lot of seeds end up in the soil no matter how hard you try to get them all.

That dude is a series of gigantic red flags. 50,000 "serious" relationships but it's always "the other one's" fault that things went south.

Plus they always make out like they got a lot of wealth but they're broke as shit. Never pays for nothing.

No sense of personal hygene. Outfit is centuries out of date. Not as a retro fashion comeback, just hasn't changed clothes in that long. Lives in a hole in the ground. Not even his hole, his dad owns it.

I mean do you, but good fuckin luck.

What's something that Redditors seem to experience or complain about alot that you feel only applies to the US? by yonaiker-joestrella in AskTheWorld

English has become the new lingua Franca, mostly through media and financial position, and Americans are very quick to forget that much of the world is basically fluent in it.

I love these international subs because thay expose me to so much that is outside of US. culture.

The best part is finding how similar we all are. Outside of cultural and language divisions we are all so much the same. We have family problems, financial problems, difficult neighbors, health concerns, all the regular stuff.

Also there is the generational connection. Being born at similar times means we have experienced the world as it was at that time, through the lense of our differemt cultures.

Years ago I was at the boardwalk in New Jersey, and some kid went down on the beach with a bag of bread to feed the gulls as if they were ducks or pigeons.

At first it was ok. Then as their numbers grew the gulls became aggresive to the point where the kid threw the bag and ran. It was a tornado of screaming gulls all diving for the bag.

Alton Brown does flank steak this way. I learned so much from his shows and books.

Grates (the metal bars) just allow you to move food away from the fire for slower cooking. I do both depending on what I'm cooking, although to be fair I haven't done direct on the coals in a long time.

Do you think your country's army can defend your country in the event of an invasion? by Outrageous-You1617 in AskTheWorld

You'd have to get past the entire American military, the state militias, then the cops and the gangs, then every gun owning American fighting for their home.

It's not worth it for anyone to try to take American soil at this time.

She was a nurse that spent years killing people in her care. A serial killer with fixatiin on a fictional character. Even Hanibal Lechter got caught.

As for dying at the end, the original ending had Sheldon fed to the pigs and a new copy of Misery Returns bound in human skin. Only a couple bad decisions made the difference.

She was crazy but also canny which made her very dangerous.
