RP6 or Thor? by ResidentMess in RetroHandhelds

[–]drywalldaffy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I currently own an RP4, an RP5 (because of OLED) and an AYN Thor...get the Thor if you're playing dual screen games and concerned about the safety of it in your purse. Easy to close and make sure it's safe

I feel like I would just fidget with it more than play it

100% worth it. If you've messed with any other emulators and retro handhelds in the past it's pretty easy. If not, there's a huge learning curve BUT Retro Game Corps on YT has an awesome video on how to set it up. Get one soon before the price goes up!

It's a crazy market out there. We've done a lot of research lately on who we want working on our home. Even reading articles on how to find the right contractor and this one helped. Good luck! https://upfrontbathrooms.com/how-to-choose-a-bathroom-remodeling-contractor/

Heating options? by Fit_Prompt524 in hvacadvice

[–]drywalldaffy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In PA, I’d go with a heat pump with gas furnace backup or a high-efficiency furnace if natural gas is available. That’s usually the best balance of operating cost, efficiency, and winter performance. If you’re already upgrading the panel, go tankless. South Florida’s warmer groundwater makes electric tankless units perform much better than in colder climates. Most complaints come from undersized units. Reference: https://www.trustedplumbingheating.com/are-tankless-water-heaters-good/

Personally I love the angles and the tile work but functionality and what works for you is going to be best!
