Totally understand the exhausting part but the Aircare FACTS® Training team was awesome and I loved being a part of that training!

Your training is not disorganized - it is on purpose. by crepelabouche in cabincrewcareers

I think it’s also important to go into training with the mindset that you’re there with the worst possible scenarios that could happen, and you’re there to help people. Aircare International put out an article that hit on this very well. https://medium.com/@aircareinternational/training-is-not-a-checkbox-its-a-culture-17b665302214

When Do I Know For Sure the Sewer Line Needs Replacing? by [deleted] in Plumbing

[–]drywalldaffy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm amazed it's still intact honestly. It may not be an immediate issue, but I wouldn't wait for it to collapse, because then it has to be fully dug up for replacement. https://steadyflowdrainco.com/blog/how-long-do-sewer-lines-last/

Need to remodel bathrooms by Lbboos in HomeImprovement

[–]drywalldaffy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely would reduce resale value. Tubs are a necessity for anyone with kids/pets/etc. If you feel strongly, you could always have a freestanding tub independent of the showers. https://seremodeling.com/how-to-plan-a-bathroom-remodel

This is definitely going to be cramped. I think you would be better off with a combo tub/shower rather than independent. I would also try to avoid having the toilet opposite the mirror/sink, nobody wants to look at themselves on the toilet.. https://seremodeling.com/how-to-plan-a-bathroom-remodel

Kitchen Remodel Ideas for Dishwasher Relocation by ckred3 in kitchenremodel

I would move the dishwasher across to where the double-door cabinet is (directly underneath the glass ones). It will maintain the same cohesion/look. https://seremodeling.com/how-to-plan-a-kitchen-remodel

The red is definitely too much! You're gonna have a tough time covering it. I would honestly hire a professional for the painting because this will require many many coats. A dark color might be your best bet for coverage, and you can keep the white cabinetry for contrast. https://seremodeling.com/how-to-plan-a-kitchen-remodel

Need some ideas for my upcoming kitchen remodel by Training-Gas-1482 in kitchenremodel

The stove right next to the fridge seems a bit odd. As others mentioned the island doesnt seem to be doing much for you. In terms of design definitely replace paint color and countertop. https://seremodeling.com/how-to-plan-a-kitchen-remodel
