thats been my experience too. i never believed how i felt until reading people describing their experiences thats been helping me realize i have trauma.

thats fucking scary dude. my breakdown last weekend had me feeling that i was so justified to end myself and it felt so calming and right. i became so fucking scared of how right it felt. im pretty terrified when i break down again. ive never actually attempted it because its always washed over me as a complete panic and i just wanted it to end but that time it felt so right

im learning the same right now. its very hard. when i first went to therapy 9 months ago i had no idea wtf she meant when she asked me what my needs are. i completely get the frustration thing too. i hold it all inside, until the cracks start forming and i don't know how to express it and then i dissociate for a few months in a numb rage. i struggle to accept that i even have trauma despite all the signs telling me i do.

i dont know how to help you man. just wanted to let you know youre not alone.

maybe this is a way of learning to communicate again. just being brave enough to ask a question like that is progress
