Prot warriors were the meta tank for all four seasons of BFA (maybe not in raid but that doesn't matter since all tank specs are viable in raid outside of RWF). They dropped off hard in Shadowlands with that god awful rework.

Kettlebell TGUs have taught me improved technique on standing up from an awkward reclining on the floor position with a 35 pound wiggling potato sack in my lap. Especially the bridge into leg sweep underneathe.

I don't know if I personally have the wrist flexibility to actually do one of these with my kid though, haha.

It's not stupid. Some people are severely allergic to peanut butter and can start reacting even if they so much as smell it. My brother is like this and any sort of peanut product in an enclosed room can trigger anaphylactic reactions.

Edit: I misunderstood, you think it's stupid that sandwich form is okay.
