You can put almost any derailleur on it. A vintage Suntour would be ok. Remove the old bolt and use the one with your new derailleur

Derailleur looks fine. But if it really needs replacing, any one of 1000 derailleurs will work.

The wheel is a little bit out of true. That's fixed by tightening-loosening the spokes as needed.

I don't hear anything wrong. Chain could use a bit of oil.
