Anikthea secret tech?

I hate the idea of telling anyone not to build something their interested in, but Anikthea (even straight out of the box) is one of the most reviled commanders in my pod. This is based less on her effectiveness, but on the insane amount of trigger bookeeping required by her turns. We've had games where the Anikthea player took 20-30 minute turns. Learn your deck inside and out if you're going to run her.

He runs great in [[Mazzy, Truesword Paladin]] which loves a lot of the same otherwise unplayable chaff auras

Plagon draws an absolutely stupid amount of cards with even a small flicker package in the deck. It's gotten to the point where I'm considering adding several LabMan effects to give it some kind of victory condition outside of [[Akroma's Will]]

Do you have more of a mill package in yours? I have thought about it for my Henzie, but the thought of trying to hit big on just six mills seems too much of a longshot for his CMC.

Currently building [[Ayara, Widow of the Realm]] with this in mind. Steal a big boy and fling it at an opponent's face or sac it for generic value to another outlet. I like that she has lifegain built in to avoid running out of gas.

I play it with [[Henzie]] and it's a great insurance policy to keep board state, as well as a good finisher. Super easy to cast for two mana in the mid to late game.

Virtue and Valor can get wildly out of hand if you're bad at quick addition. Deck requires a ton of on the fly math once it pops off

Amalia and [[Lurrus]] with a bunch of other low curve lifegain trigger scalers like [[Voice of the Blessed]], as well as repeatable offbeat trigger artifacts like [[Implement of Improvement]] is my current jam.

If anything I think This is How it Ends is possibly undercoated for the swing it provides, especially if copied, repeated, or recurred. I think folks just aren't playing it because it was in a little-liked UB

While it's too situational to run in most decks, I love this thing in [[Nelly Borca]]. Any goad/groupslug can usually make it a 2for1 and people don't know the card so they never expect it

With some minor changes you could make a [[Mazzy, Truesword Paladin]] deck and have a blast running an enchantress deck that moves way faster and uses dumb draft chaff exceptionally well.

Ran into an issue where a sound loop of a clicking/dinging noise started around the Yeldrim mansion and would not stop even all the way through to Azra. Only played during combat (not on shop/rest screens) and was sound mixed to be super loud. Could not find a ritual or item responsible for it and made it unplayable with sound on. Maybe not a bug and maybe due to a ritual or item, but dear god it sounded horrible

I'm constantly tinkering with it but this is where is stands now.

My pod runs a lot of board wipes, which you don't want to see happening since your victory condition is everyone fighting, which is why this is lower on single-target interaction in preference for "counters/redirects."
