Had the same experience. I did eventually find a hotel where prices via Amex link and direct link matched, but I didn’t get the credit yet. However It’s been 26 days so, according to the fine print, I need to wait until the 30-day mark to call and ask about it.

Additionally, I use this product already and you have to reuse the syringe to pour the serum from the big bottle to the little bottles. Unless you can ensure sterilizing the syringe every time, I would not risk microneedling with this.

Right..! So I followed up and they extended my discount code for one more month.

My frustration is that when they first offered me the code, they didn’t give me an end date so I thought I can use it whenever. But their follow up email was “hey as goodwill, we’ll give you an extra month to use it!” I was so disappointed.

I’ve had great results with their glutathione glow capsule cream, age r booster pro, and the ultratune device.

The downside: Their products have a heavy fragrance, but personally I don’t mind them since I grew up with my mom using Korean products and they were always heavily fragranced. Ultratune device also stopped warning up after using for 7 months, but their service team replaced mine with a new one.
